There seem to be some tests and a framework at http://dev.w3.org/2001/DOM-Test-Suite/ (see Stewart Brodie's comments for some more details).
Use Cases and Requirements
- Must be adaptable to implementor's test frameworks
- Must be easy to maintain
- Tests should be easily transformed from HTML to SVG
- Should have adaptable license
