I currently work for the Mozilla Corporation as the User Experience Lead for products. Before that I worked for IBM Canada as User Centered Designer doing user feedback research and interface design. I'm a teacher and cognitive scientist by training, a skeptic and pragmatist by upbringing, and an optimist and compromise-seeker by nationality (Canadian).This is my first W3C working group; be gentle.
