Mobile Web for developing countries: - the Web accessed from a handheld device, and reasonably optimized for the handheld device, which is used for access, and/or mobile usage context. - a Web for 4 billion users. - must work with affordable devices. - for diverse devices. - for hand-held device. - connectivity options must include others beyond broadband. Q2: What kind of technology - depends on the problem that needs to be solved. We want them all, use as there is best fit. ease and low cost of creating and publishing content is important.
