- There have been a number of LC comments raised on section 1.2.1 -- it might be
better to just drop this section since it appears to be a distraction from the
matter of the document. We should also change the text in 1.1 Para 2 sent 2, to
\"The recommendations are offered to all those who contribute to the delivery of
