To reflect a recent exchange ref \'why www?\' should we adjust \'How to do it\'

The user should not need to type the default page filename.

to

The user should not have to enter the default page filename. If possible arrange
that the hostname portion of the URI can be omitted - i.e. instead of
\"http://www.yourdomain.mobi/default.html\" your site can be entered via
\"http://yourdomain.mobi\".
