with reference to the discussion BP-Web vs BP-Wireless and the fact that no
decision has been taken, there are two possibilities:

BP Web: OK. This will help adaptation proxies.


BP Wireless: for mobile devices CSS support is typically poor and
there is only one font with one font size (+bold, italics and underlined).
So, the BP is wrong.
