ISSUE-33: 5.3.2 Remove section completely

5.3.2 Remove section completely

State:
CLOSED
Product:
Best Practices Document

Description:
\"Provide information about the general layout of a site
(e.g., a site map or table of contents).
Use a small graphic at the top of the page to illustrate
what site the user is on and where on the site they are at\"

This section should be removed completely. Usability tests with both
WAP and Imode show that on-line help and site maps are not used
by users and their presence contributes to clutter the interface.
This section should be removed completely, or better, we should have
a section that discourages developers from creating one.
Of course, BPWeb vs BPWireless:

BPWeb: not the author\'s problem

BPWireless: Creating sitemap for mobile apps is wrong.
