Related notes:
For the F2F in Sophia:
- the task force resolved not to make any distinction between persistent and semi-persistent
- Jo expressed concerns re. using persistent User preferences has a way to ignore the Cache-Control: no-transform mechanism.
- SeanP expressed concerns re. not mentioning User preferences in some of the guidelines
-> How can we conciliate the diverging views on this?
The issue was closed based on final resolutions taken during the 29 July 2008 CT call.
