Henry Thompson pointed me at the MUST READ document [1] which is a TAG finding that relates to our work on Content Transformation. I have some comments on it and think it would be useful to discuss on the CT List.

For the F2F in Sophia:
- the Link element is at the heart of the ISSUE
- the Link header is mentioned in "Scope for Future Work"
- there was a side discussion on generic caching issues introduced by the use of a "Vary: User-Agent" directive for which we resolved that, for clarity reasons, we would not mention the "Content-Location" header in the guidelines as a way to circumvent the problem.
- the guidelines state that the CT proxy SHOULD redirect the user to the handheld URI if declared in a Link element. Do we need to precise how to detect that the link actually is a link to self?
- the TF decided not to advertise the use of the Link element to point to self, but that raises a contradiction since we say that "the medium for which the presentation is intended SHOULD be indicated" by the server, which can't really be done without this link to self thing.
- are we still planning to reply to the TAG? What would we say?

-> a resolution on the "link to self" bit is needed
-> a resolution on raising our concerns to the TAG is needed

Technical parts of the ISSUE were resolved.
Remaining part is to draft a response to TAG.
That's the reason for keeping the ISSUE opened.
