Need to properly define content author and content provider

Description:
Content author and content provider both refer to people who create Web sites in
different documents. We need to define what each actually mean and use the
appropriate term in the right context.

I would like to propose that we use content author for people who create Web
sites whilst content providers refer to organisations such as the BBC and CNN
who ‘provide’ content.
