- Total size should include scripts as well as style sheets and images.
Should we combine these tests?
Should we specify that the style sheet should not contain redundant styles -
i.e. that the styles are used by some page on the site? [too hard]
Should we note that since the size is specified in bytes that the character
count may be less than the size.
