ISSUE-134: COLOR CONTRAST

COLOR CONTRAST

Addendum to BP1 (formerly known as mobileOK Pro)

Description:
A prerequisite for this test is that the browser supports specifying
colors and background-colors.
Try setting the background-color blue and the link color white on a
Nokia phone. Tell me what you see.

I don\'t know about the very latest implementations, probably the
WebKit based browser supports it, but LOTS of devices don\'t allow you
to change link colors. The good reason for this is making sure that
link colors are consistent and that users will recognize easily links.
Are we going to declare all these browsers as \"not-good-for-MOK\"?

I don\'t think there are many devices falling in the DDC if you take
this specific \"problem\" with CSS.
