Accept-Authentication HTTP Header Field

The Accept-Authentication HTTP Header Field allows the client to tell the server which types authentication the clients supports. Multiple values are supported and priorities can be defined via qvalue, liked defined for the Accept HTTP Header Field. As workaround for some client implementations, which ignore the certificate in "want-mode", the server should ask for a certificate in "need-mode" if the qvalue for WebID is equals 1.
