Goal
Compare the level at which one experiment reproduces the other.
Use Case Scenario
Given the provenance accounts of two experiments, it should be possible to compute the overlap between the models. Do they use the same methods, or just the same type of methods? Do they use the same specimens? Do they produce the same results, or confirm the same hypothesis?
Problems and Limitations
Computational comparison of two experiments is currently not possible, as there is no comprehensive, generalized way of describing experiments.
