Paul has defined \"ignorable whitspace\" as a property of a test case relevant to
its testing in the benchmarks; see
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-exi-wg/2006Mar/att-0069/use-cases-fidelity-parameters.html.
We need to be sure we have an agreed-upon definition of ignorable whitespace.
