ISSUE-10: Do we have test coverage for DTDs, Entities, and Notations?

Do we have test coverage for DTDs, Entities, and Notations?

State:

Description:
There is at least one set of test data, Docbook, that requires that non-default
entities remain unexpanded. However, Paul\'s write-up on testing parameters
(http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/member-exi-wg/2006Mar/att-0069/use-cases-fidelity-parameters.html)
indicates that we should expand these entities in the originals. How are we
going to address these use cases?
