Clarify the term "derivation" throughout the document

The WG asked DP to update the spec on this, and inform the group where and how he made changes per discussed.

DP made changes to the spec to clarify each occurrence of the word "derived" in [1].

The WG concluded it was better to say for example, "datatypes derived from boolean" than to simply say "boolean datatype".
