Mantissa or exponent values outside of the range MUST NOT be used in the Float datatype representation. Values typed as Float with a mantissa or exponent outside the accepted range are processed by a production whose right-hand side starts with one of AT(qname) [untyped value], AT(*) [untyped value] or CH [untyped value] terminals, wherein the value is represented using the String datatype representation.
