Related notes:

The way EXI describes grammars is concerned with abstract schema model in which schema imports and so forth are considered already resolved. The set of schemas in use are either communicated out-of-band or through schemaID in the options. The special care about abstract elements is not expected to cause significant improvement given log_2(n) formula used in the n-bit unsigned integer representation. EXI intentionally pays attention only to those schema constructs that have significant effects, while it generally leaves out those aspects that only has little effect in order not too accrue complexity.

A couple of slight modifications were suggested during telecon on 2009-10-14, otherwise the draft was approved.
