Youenn is correct. We are going to (have already done in
internal draft) change the phrase to "In a schema-informed
grammar." Also, we are going to add a semantics description
that was missing for AT(*) and AT(uri:*) in section
"8.5.4.1.3.2 Complex Type Grammars."
