XML Schema datatype QName is not respected for representing AT and CH values except for the xsi:type attribute value. Preserve option Preserve.prefixes (See "6.3 Fidelity Options") SHOULD be used to enable the preservation of NS events that are necessary to interpret qname values represented as String.
