Discussed during 2009-05-20 telecon.
JS commented that "right configuration" should be the right phrase
instead of being double-negative as "wrong configuration files were not used".
Also, it was pointed out that the latest evaluation runs used for
Evaluation Note employed the right configuration. JK to work on the update.
