Youenn is right.
We do not want to dictate something that is not absolutely
necessary. We can choose a wording that suggests it is a good
practice to sort attributes for compactness.

Jaakko is going to describe some condition that makes his case.
Also, we'd better mention that xsi:type and xsi:nil must come first
before any other attributes, regardless of the relaxation we are providing
by this.
