Suggestions made in 2008-12-17 telecon:
- In the paragraph that starts with "Also, in applications...",
Mention about XML 1.0 5th edition, which made the difference
of the versions very subtle.
- Revise paragraph that starts with "Yet, we understand...".
* XML version is the artifact of text XML, it is the function
of serializer.
