Inquiry done. Sent mail to group that completely missed the point. Then fixed that. Current status:
ASN.1 PER + FI: new measurements seem OK. The previous config problem in the \'both\' document group has gone away; current results are much more in line with expectations.
libxml2: not built due to config problem. Already fixed in CVS by Ed; will need a new run.
Inquiry done. Tests were successfully re-run.
