  • RDF statements are made on any URI-s
  • There may be several graphs using identical URI-s
  • An application merges these graphs (conceptually)
    • nodes with identical URI-s are considered identical
    • the rest is quite obvious
  • Merging is a very powerful feature of RDF
    • metadata may be defined by several (independent) parties…
    • …and combined by an application
