6. Proposals/Issues

        1496 http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-chor/2005Jun/0029.html
my editorial action items are done - yves, how do I submit these?
        discussion on wording.
        version 1-2 makes sense
the comments in the proposal are not relevent to the spec and should go in the primer
        srt 2.4.5 or 2.4.7
        nick agrees with 2.4.7
        any objections to changing 2.4.7
        no objections
action: mark 1496 as resolved later and mark as editorial

monica, need to be clear on overlapping, concurrent, parallel
        let editors use consisitent terminology

        1166 http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-ws-chor/2005Jun/0021.html
nick, block is already used in workunit, need different term?
nick, not sure use of terminology "overlapping" is correct (see above)
nick, last para, note, semantics already captured so maybe clean up or put in primer
        gary, block is quite consistent
since you are waiting for something to happen
need to work out semtics for fanilize activity
        see additional propsal at end
nick, dont really need to change spec as this is what spec already says
gary, may need some extra words
gary, rely on user to put gaurds in place so they do finalise
or get finalize to block until completed but might get deadlock
maybe a third option buts gets complicated
nick, proposes to say if a fanalise activity that is still active has no effect
        for sub-choreos

        nick reading current draft.......

        current spec is silent
greg, we talk about finalizer blocks being enabled, is this a case where they are not enabled
gary, sub choreo will prob not be enabled
nick, finalizing activity when performed againt blocks that are not installed has no effect
        nick, should cover both cases
2.5.7 para before syntax can add line to above
silent on what happens if more than one
gary, would an installed second one have an effect
propsed resolution as in email plus clrification from nick: finalizing activity when performed againt blocks that are not installed has no effect
i can take a stab at this during my editing period this week
agree to proposal in principle but ned exact wording on finalize activity
i will attempt to produce some wording on this

ACTION: charlton to propose wording on finalise and async choreos

7. Exit Criteria
steve has outstanding action item to reword
charlton reported last week on examples meeting
need to start writing the examples
need comfort level feedback from people before the hard work begins
group thinks proposed scenarios are in ballpark

8. Primer
a new version needs to be published
        comments by email appreciated

9. AOB
schedule: need the words on finalise before we finish cr
martin to get bugzilla up to date based on past couple of meetings
and will send out email to remaining external issue raisers

Meeting Closed
