Brent Bakken | I reviewed the changes and put my comments below. | I really like all of the updates. In the color example, for the accessible test question, change the font color of the "3" in the red triangle to white as it now fails the contrast ratio standard. |

After last week’s meeting, some meassures were taken to advance the new mockup. The following questions detail the changes and ask you for your opinion so we can move the project forward even more.

Lydia Harkey | Yes, I noticed that the left sidebar was too wide when using Chrome. Tested the page on IE and it was better. Would there be an option to have the left navigation section be separate from the main content so that it is always visible regardless of the filter or topic chosen? |

In the 3 July EOWG Meeting, a mockup with only one column on the left and tabs to toggle between “Contents” and “Filter” was presented.
Rationale: During the user feedback sessions in Utrecht, it was noticed that there were two basic types of users:
To help users find the filter more easily, we have combined the two columns („Overview“ and „Customize“) into one column with tabbed navigation on the top. The left column was instantly recognized by all participants and by having “Filter” in close proximity they should be discovered more easily.

The status notification bar on the top has changed. Select a tag/level/technologies filter to see the animation and how the text changes.
The text changes are not final yet (there is some polishing to do), but it should give an impression on what to expect here.
