2. Developers' Intro to ARIA - High Level Feedback

We now have a first draft of The Developers' Intro to ARIA resource.

We are encouraging participants to review the current draft and provide some high level feedback to the Editors. Review for overall content and general design. Do not bother with word-smithing or copy-editing or design nit-picks.

Please add various comments, suggestions, or recommendations as separate new issues in GitHub.
