Please read the current iteration of the Business Case for Accessibility and comment on it with considerations of Level #2 of review Stages.
Please consider if this is the right approach; if the case studies are coherent and convincing; if anything is jarring or inconsistent; if there are arguments or evidence that is missing; and any other observations to revise and take this draft to the next stage.

No comments because I likely don’t have time while this survey is running. I really like the direction. I am happy to provide some thoughts on how European countries handle accessibility to make the legal section a bit more diverse. I really like how the article draws you in and then has a nice flow from section to section. It is an article that I’d _want_ to read while with other resources I sometimes have to make me read them. It is humane, clearly written and not overly complicated. If we need to add more information, we should consider adding specialized short articles in the same style. Maybe at some point sections of this page get spun up into their own articles, too (with a summary here). |

Strong: I would remove the heading "What is a business case" and the first paragraph which follows. Rationale: - If the intended audience is senior executives, high level management or leaders (each one of these have been mentioned somewhere as part of the intended audience), then, they would know what a business case is. I feel the paragraph is superfluous. - The audience as mentioned above usually doesn't have the luxury of time. Therefore, taking out what might/should already be known to them, would bring the resource more to the point. If they really don't know what a business case is, then, they can easily google it. Suggestion: Compared with the "bullet" version, some of the current headings in the "story" version could be improved: e.g. "Innovation" becomes more informative and catchy with "Drive Innovation" "Brand Enhancement" > "Impact Brand Reputation" "Minimise Legal Risk" > "Minimise Financial and Legal Risk" (Decision makers like to know where the cost reduction is) What I'm missing in this resource (again for decision makers it is interesting), is the part in the "bullet version" called "Decrease Expenses" and "Impact Customer Satisfaction". These are key words for the intended audience. I still feel that that it's a pity we cannot include the examples given in the "bullet" version. I realize it is not easy to satisfy everyone, but it seems to me a pity to miss out on those pointers. I feel the resource could be shorter for the intended audience - again, just my view. |
