It's good to coordinate action in related areas. RDF seems perfect for this, especially when the people involved are not part of a hierarchical ("command") structure. It lets people (1) say what they want to say about what they've done and plan to do and (2) see the connections to what other people have done and plan to do.
I'm trying to keep the documentation in RDF for now, so see the ontology itself in the original n3, translated to RDF/XML, or most properly subject to content negotiation.
