Normal letters. These letters have their usual English values.

 Other letters. These letters either do not exist usually, or have different values

  /θ/ - the "th" in thin                  /ð/ - the "th" in those
  /ʃ/ - the "sh" in ship                  /ʒ/ - the "s" in measure  
  /ŋ/ - the "ng" in king                  /j/ - the "y" in you
  /ʧ/ - the "ch" in church                /ʤ/ - the "j" in judge
  /ʔ/ - glottal stop                      /ɾ/ - tap
  /ç/ - the "ch" in loch                  /ʇ/ - dental percussive
