Tools for debugging SVG, what we would like to see in them.
For browser-based debugging tools like Dragonfly (Opera) or Firebug (Firefox):
+ A bounding-box view for the current element (analagous to the box model for CSS, which isn't relevant to SVG) + A graphic editing tool
