The first column is for POMR terms. Each cell in this column leads with the term QName, which links to the section in the ontology documentation for that term. If you hover the mouse over the term, you should get a tooltip populated with the human-readable definition of the term. Immediately following the term QName is a list of citation references indicating where the formal definition was derived from.
The remaining columns are for the other vocabularies / ontologies (with a formal semantics - in KIF or RDFS/OWL) and relevant mappings to the POMR terms). For every row these columns identify the a term in the vocabulary which correponds with the POMR term. In some cases, these alternative terms link into their respective vocabulary documentation

For the most part, the POMR ontology makes use of the OBO relation ontology. The relations capturing parthood are used explicitely to relate a cpr:screening-act with its components: one or more instances of cpr:medical-history-screening-act and cpr:clinical-examination. The only exception is the cpr:interpretant-of relation which associates a cpr:medical-sign with the cause of the indication.
