One Hundred Word Description of the Idea

W3C has thousands of abbreviations which relates to organizations, proper names, or new technology, and its orgnization continues to extend, such as a new domain named INK (Information and Knowledge) is newly founded. It is hard to learn more all abbreviations in short term for the newbies and new members. But fortunately, most of webpages on W3C website with valid HTML code, it is easy to build the relationship between full name and abbreviations and store these into database.

My suggestion is about to create a robot on IRC, whose functions are similar to Zakim. Anyone can ask the robot for any abbreviation with simple question form, for instance, what is INK? The robot will tell you the answer and provide more source links for understanding.
