Talk:HTML forms - the basics

From W3C Wiki

Future updates

-- UPDATE: August 18th 2011 - fairly substantial update done, as I felt the original was a bit narrow in scope. I've added quite a lot of stuff, for example radio buttons, checkboxes, and select/option

-- THERE IS A LOT OF NEW HTML5 FORM STUFF TO ADD, OBVIOUSLY - I THINK THAT IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE, BECAUSE SUPPORT FOR HTML5 FORM STUFF IS PATCHY ACROSS BROWSERS RIGHT NOW, WE SHOULD DO SMALL UPDATES ON THE EXISTING ARTICLE, THEN ADD ONE OR MORE SEPARATE ARTICLES TO COVER THE NEW HTML5 FORM ELEMENTS AND NEW ATTRIBUTES, AND THEN PERHAPS SEPARATE COVERAGE OF VALIDATION
