• ACME Inc. created new term for a special role in a team - Joker and gave it URI
• At the same time Foobar Corp. independently created similar term with another URI
• Few months later they found out about similar term and decided to converge it under popular vocab - Vocab.example
• All systems using both original terms from ACME Inc. and Foobar Corp. could automatically migrate their data to use new URI in Vocab.example namespace
