Representing Clinical Goals and Intentions in ACPP

J. Fox stated "Guideline enactment systems should explicitly support clinical goals and intentions".  Comparisons between several existing attempts to model goals are given in Fox's Presentation.  In ACPP, we will develop an simply ontology to model Goal as well as the enactment rules.
