Status: personal view. Editing status: Italic text is rough. Reques complete edit and possibly massaging, but content is basically there. Words such as "axiom" and "theorem" are used with gay abandon and the reverse of rigour here..
The web is an information space. When you explore it, you don't end up buying stuff, agreeing to anything, or - in this case losing your domain name!

And thank you, registerapi.com, for an example of how not to do it. Of course, I didn't click on the link to find out what would happen. Maybe they do take you to a form which has a submit button for the action of agreeing to losing the domain name.
