Hello, I just pushed a new draft - https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/raw-file/64c6d6a5b1c0/cover.html It changes the SVG diagrams for new versions that should be more accessible, removes the statement about appealing decisions that aren't described by the process - because if there are enough AC members to start an appeal calling for a discussion, it seems unlikely the discussion would not happen - and removes the statement that W3C doesn't organise conferences which was not normative and not always accurate. detailed changes are at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB as always. This draft will be considered by the AB for endorsement, and if they agree it will be proposed first for general public review and then during September for formal review.
