Correction for 3.2.4.2. Vaguer moments in time

Hello!

I have reviewed the 3.2.4.2. "Vaguer moments in time" section of the HTML
5 spec. [1]

Given the quote from the spec:

"The algorithm may return nothing (in which case the string will be
invalid), or it may return a date, a time, a date and a time, or a date
and a time *and and* a timezone. Even if the algorithm returns one or more
values, the string can still be invalid."

There's an obvious error: duplication of "and".
