In headings elements and interface names should probably be consistently marked up. Currently sometimes the interface and element names are marked up in <code> and sometimes they are not. This is also true for the -xbl-binding property. Several events such as mouseover, mouseout, focus, etc. should probably be marked up as well and have their case fixed.
