The WG has now discussed this further, and while agreeing that there
is a place for mini-micro-XMLs, we don't think that necessarily means
standardisation at the W3C level is appropriate, and so have finally
concluded that we really aren't happy to get any more minimal.
Please let us know if you are content to let this stand as the
resolution of your request.
