I seem to have acquired ACTION-61 "[UCR] Define <> as a self-reference in LDP operations, per resolution of issue-20". I believe that no changes need to be made to UC&R arising from this (UC&R never gets down to the detail of POSTed representations) so I declare ACTION-61 complete.
