[Bug 9197] New: Remove unnecessary editorialization in acknowledgement section

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=9197

Summary: Remove unnecessary editorialization in acknowledgement
                    section
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Macintosh
        OS/Version: Mac System 9.x
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML5 spec bugs
        AssignedTo: dave.null@w3.org
        ReportedBy: shelleyp@burningbird.net
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: ian@hixie.ch, mike@w3.org, public-html@w3.org

The Acknowledgement section of the HTML5 spec has the following line:

Special thanks and $10,000 to David Hyatt who came up with a broken
implementation of the adoption agency algorithm that the editor had to reverse
engineer and fix before using it in the parsing section.

This is both unnecessary and unprofessional. The HTML5 draft is a W3C
specification, not a personal weblog.

Remove this line.
