[Bug 27561] New: Reword RTCWEB --> WebRTC?

https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=27561

            Bug ID: 27561
           Summary: Reword RTCWEB --> WebRTC?
           Product: Web Cryptography
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Web Cryptography API Document
          Assignee: sleevi@google.com
          Reporter: ericroman@google.com
                CC: public-webcrypto@w3.org

The use cases includes this phrase:
  "the rise of WebSockets and RTCWEB allows"

I could be wrong, but this would make more sense to me if worded as WebRTC.

>From what I can tell, RTCWEB is the name of the IETF working group, whereas
WebRTC is name of the browser technology and W3C working group:
