[Bug 24506] New: Standard attributes are missing in streamability analysis

https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24506

            Bug ID: 24506
Summary: Standard attributes are missing in streamability
                    analysis
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Last Call drafts
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0
          Assignee: mike@saxonica.com
          Reporter: abel.braaksma@xs4all.nl
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

Should we say something about standard attributes in respect to the
streamability analysis? The expression in xsl:use-when is obviously irrelevant,
but xsl:default-mode influences streamability, as does xsl:expand-text.

Not sure this is required, but currently we don't mention them at all under
19.8.4.

Likewise, a note that any attribute not being an AVT or an expression has no
relevance for streamability, i.e. has no operand role, is perhaps beneficial
and clarifying.
