https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19355

           Summary: [XQuery30] query options namespace
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Member-only Editors Drafts
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: XQuery 3.0
        AssignedTo: jonathan.robie@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: andrew.eisenberg@us.ibm.com
         QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org
             Group: XSLXQuery_WG

In 4.20 require-feature and prohibit-feature we say:

"In XQuery 3.0, the following feature names may be used in require-feature or
prohibit-feature option declarations; they are all defined in the
http://www.w3.org/2012/xquery namespace."

In one of the bullets that follows this, we say, "The name all-extensions
corresponds to all features not defined in the
http://www.w3.org/2011/xquery-options namespace."

In one of the paragraphs that follow this, we say, "Features that are not
defined by the W3C XML Query Working Group must not be in the
http://www.w3.org/2011/xquery-options namespace."

All of these namespace URIs should be http://www.w3.org/2012/xquery.
