http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=11991

Summary: Document should state that percentage heights and
                    widths are not valid
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 differences from HTML4 (editor: Anne van
                    Kesteren)
        AssignedTo: annevk@opera.com
        ReportedBy: nicholas.stimpson@ntlworld.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org, annevk@opera.com

HTML 4 allowed height and width attribute values for img, iframe and object to
be in percentages. HTML5 only allows these values to be in CSS pixels. The
differences document should mention this change.
