http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10891

Summary: That definition lists no longer can be used to mark up
                    dialogue is missing
           Product: HTML WG
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
Component: HTML5 differences from HTML4 (editor: Anne van
                    Kesteren)
        AssignedTo: annevk@opera.com
        ReportedBy: peter.winnberg@gmail.com
         QAContact: public-html-bugzilla@w3.org
                CC: mike@w3.org, public-html-wg-issue-tracking@w3.org,
                    public-html@w3.org, annevk@opera.com

HTML4 explicitly mentioned that definition lists could be used for marking up
dialogue: http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/lists.html#h-10.3

This was changed in HTML5 (see:
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/Overview.html#the-dl-element) and this is not
mentioned in the document that describes the differences between the two
versions.
